If you have an appointment with us and begin to experience any respiratory or flu-like symptoms before your appointment, or if you or someone in your household has tested positive for COVID-19 or been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days, please call us to reschedule as soon as possible, prior to your appointment time. We also ask that if you test positive within 7 days following your appointment, please call us so we can notify our team member that they have been in contact with someone who tested positive with COVID-19. Your identity will be kept anonymous and confidential.
